Camp Susquehanna Sponsorship Opportunities

YOU can be a special part of camp by sponsoring a program or activity!! There are many options in a wide range of costs, and no donation is too small!! Below are items that are in need of sponsors, a brief description and the actual cost of the item. Full and partial sponsorships are welcomed!!

Everyone who sponsors one of these activities or items listed below will be listed on the Burn Prevention Network’s website as well as the Camp Susquehanna site, and will receive a photo of the activity/item being enjoyed by campers!

UntitledZIPLINES ($550) Campers will have the opportunity to do 7 zip lines, 3 sky bridges—suspended over 40 ft in the air!


Untitled2CLIMBING TOWER
($104) Campers ages 10-13 Our outdoor climbing tower is a 34 ft. climbing wall with four sides of difficulty. A built in bouldering cave allows waiting climbers to warm-up and test their techniques. Overhead lights allow night climbing until 11:00 PM. Up to four persons can climb simultaneously. All climbing is belayed and overseen by our professionally trained guides See more

GIANT SWING ($104) The giant swing is exactly what it sounds like. You are secured in a harness and attached to a rope which is pulled into the air. Once you are released you will swing on a 35 ft. pendulum. You are sure to get a rush out of this adventure! Really, it’s too hard to explain, watch this video! See more

Untitled3CHALLENGE ADVENTURE TOUR ($650) A suspended obstacles course plus ziplines for campers 14-17 years old The Challenge Adventure RUN combines the excitement of ziplining with the challenge of our high ropes course. Your adventure will start with the first zip into our high ropes challenge course, where you will be faced with a combination of up to 9 high ropes challenge elements. After that, you will have four more ziplines until you complete your adventure. See more

Untitled4TEAMBUILDING ($150 x 4) An activity run by Refreshing Mountain staff and consists of group challenges that foster communication, problem solving, and team work. Great for grades 6+, our team building problem solving challenges are specifically designed to help your group learn more about one another, as well as how to work together and serve each other. Scenarios will be presented to your group by our staff which the group must solve by working together to overcome each obstacle. See more

Untitled5PEDDLE CARTS ($104 x 2) This is a new activity this year offered by refreshing mountain..….picture the Flintstones car!! The two younger groups will get to race the peddle cars. Fulfill your inner child on our off-road style pedal carts. Engineered to function like a classic go-cart, these sturdy vehicles are powered by your legs. As you pedal around our specially designed course, you will speed through our authentic Lancaster county replica covered bridge! The varying sized pedal carts are great for kids and those young at heart, making this a great outdoor adventure activity for all ages. See more

Untitled6CAMPFIRES ($35 x 4) A special opportunity for campers to bond with each other over s’mores!

Untitled7POOL PARTY ($198) While the majority of “pool time” at camp is shared with various other groups, this sponsorship allows our campers to have an evening, private pool party with the pool all to themselves! It has one 30 ft. water slide, diving board, wet playground, and spacious decks for sunbathing. See more

SNACKS (Fruit trays, Soft Pretzel Trays, Popcorn, S’mores fixins, bars, jerky, etc) These items can actually be donated or a donation can be made toward their purchase by camp staff!

Untitled8T-SHIRTS ($1300) Our campers and counselors receive Camp Susquehanna T-Shirts with a special design for this year’s theme!!

RECOGNITION SWEATSHIRTS ($1000) Each year we have approximately 40-50 volunteers who donate their time and talents to make camp successful. This year we will be offering special recognition sweatshirts to volunteers who have achieved various milestones with Camp Susquehanna!

GOLF CARTS – RENTAL ($180 x 2) Used by our staff to transport volunteers, supplies, etc. around the campus of Refreshing Mountain.

PRIZES FOR CLEANEST BUNK ($100) This donation can also come in the form of shirts, hats, and other fun items that the campers might enjoy receiving for having the cleanest bunk each morning, in each pod!

DANCE/DJ ($500) The annual dance is one of the favorite activities at camp each year!! This donation will pay for the DJ, decorations, snacks and other supplies for the Camp Dance!

CRISIS DOG PROGRAM ($750) For the second year in a row, we will have three crisis dogs, one for each age range, on site with the campers for the duration of camp! More info…

TRANSPORTATION ($5000) Camp Susquehanna offers free transportation to and from camp from various points across the state. We also need transportation to and from the banquet for campers and counselors.

SNACKS (Fruit trays, Soft Pretzel Trays, Popcorn, S’mores fixins, bars, jerky, etc) – These items can actually be donated or a donation can be made toward their purchase by camp staff!

VOLUNTEER LUNCHEON ($750) Our volunteers give 4+ days and nights of their time and give their all to their campers. This luncheon will be catered by Mission BBQ and will serve as just a small token of appreciation to their tireless efforts!

BANQUET ($2160) Our campers look forward to dressing up and taking donated limousines to the annual banquet on Saturday night, where we honor donors who have made Camp Susquehanna possible!!

NAME TAGS/THANK YOU CARDS ($150) Lanyards/ nametags for all campers and counselors, wristbands for volunteers and Camp Susquehanna Thank You Cards!
